Are you drop-shipping?

Not at all! We do not transfer your orders to another retailer. We control our own inventory, dispatch and ship directly to you. This means no disappointing long dispatch delays or frustrating automated replies.

Do you ship to international?

Unfortunately, we only ship domestic to New Zealand.

When will my order be dispatched?

We normally dispatch (ready for courier pick-up) your order within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours.
